SBYSA families,

We have been asked by the Blue Valley Farm Show Youth Advisory Board to provide volunteers for the upcoming Bulls & Barrels Blowout, a rodeo experience taking place on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at the Blue Valley Farm Show fairgrounds.  Volunteers are needed for:

• Admissions/Ticketing: Manning the event ticket booths and assisting guests as they enter.
• Parking Assistance: Helping direct vehicles and assist with parking at the fairgrounds.

In exchange for providing volunteers, SBYSA may accept and keep donations from individuals who park at the event, and the event organizers will also provide a donation for staffing the ticket booths.
